Main Purpose

  • Technical Service and Sales Account Management with responsibility for customer operational performance.
  • Responsible for technical sales development and installed base penetration.
  • Setting the objectives doing sales planning and action.
  • Accountable for the TSandS sales and profitability to its Account.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive implementation of operational activities as defined in KA plan.
  • Deploy the service portfolio to its Account.
  • Participate in KAM teams (processing).
  • Provide inputs for KA business plan.
  • Provide inputs for targets settings.
  • Share Accountability for Customer Satisfaction results.
  • Secure fast issue resolution and appropriate communication.
  • Coordinate continuous improvement activities related to operational performance.

Profil recherché :

  • At least 8 years' experience in technical solutions sales.
  • Fluency in French and English languages.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Problem solving and results driven.
  • Good presentation skills.
