Vivo Energy Tunisia operates an extensive Retail network of 160 service stations offering a wide range of Shell’s world-class fuels and lubricants throughout the country. The network serves more than 150,000 customers each day, making the company one of the country’s largest suppliers of fuels and lubricants.

Vivo Energy Tunisia manages the storage, distribution and marketing of Shell fuels, lubricants, greases as well as Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) under the Butagaz brand.

Poste :

Reports to VET Lubricants Sales & Marketing Manager, this role entails evaluating the potential markets and come up with the best entry strategy including pricing, best supply point, logistic proposals etc. and recruit partners/distributors that we can work with in these new markets.

Develop new and expand existing businesses to achieve targeted volume and margin by delivering our key Customer Value Propositions to customers.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Evaluating the potential markets and come up with the best entry strategy including pricing, best supply point, logistic proposals etc
  • Converting prospects into active business.
  • Increase Market Share and brand awareness.
  • Setup and monitoring dedicated prospect pipeline
  • To grow the value of the account portfolio by generating additional C3 from existing accounts
  • Ensure alignment of plans.
  • Ensure effective communication of these plans to all relevant stakeholders within the account
  • Ensure prices, credit terms and limits are within guidelines held under the Manual of Authorities
  • Ensure any contracts developed are signed off by the appropriate level of authority and that they are designed in line with policy
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of the key competitors in the Line of Business
  • Through an understanding of their strengths and weaknesses be able to exploit opportunities
  • Develop and maintain Relationships with key decisions makers in Head office and agencies
  • Be responsible and proactive in managing HSSE issues that affect the individual, the office/field environment and customers

 Key Challenges:

  • Ability to implement differentiated offers
  • This is a sales job with a strategic Value to company:  spend high share of his/her own time on the field and Seek out new market information, opportunities and customers.
  • Ensure internal alignment between Sales, Marketing & technical.
  • Put a plan in place to convert prospects to active business.
  • Develop Relationships with different levels at customer organization

Profil recherché :

  • Engineering degree
  • Experienced Sales for B2B business or 4-6 years of work experience in sales environment. 
  • Significant Sales experience, with proven success in developing profitable business
  • Proven interest and personality to build and maintain broad networks.
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills at all levels
  • Marketing, Finance, Operations and / or Business knowledge very much preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to build constructive relationship with customers and Distributors
