- Manage the project to a successful completion on time and to bugdet, and meet the needs of client and stakeholders.
- Work effectively with stakeholders, technical experts, contractors and suppliers.
- Be the authoritative point of reference on all aspects of the project for all staff, external partners and stakeholders.
- Manage the design, space planning, branding, safety, sustainabily and related issues for the new project, in consultation with Global Estates and local professional team .
- Liaise with the relevent in-house advisers as necessary to determine requirements.
- Manage the budgets for the projects, in conjunction with the cost consultant, prepare and maintain a project financial plan.
- Manage all property elements of the moves, including all legal, financial and administrative requirements related to building and asset acquisitions and disposals.
- Manage the requirement assessment and installation of the facilities for the new premises.
- Liaise with agents/landlords/consultants on facilities and building management requirements.
- Ensure that the all key documents/contracts are kept in a central place and that the projects meets audit requirements.
- Provide a final evaluation of each of the premises projects. |

| Profil recherché |
- You have a Bac+4/5 in Finance, with a significant professional experience related to project management, budget management and logistics.
- You have proven project management skills and financial management skills .
- You are goal-oriented, very autonomous, mature, and flexible with good team spirit.
- You have excelent oral and written skills in French and English. |
