Chef de produit - Speciality Care (Tunis)

He/She will report to the Sales and Marketing Manager. His/her responsibilities will include:

· Develop marketing strategy for his/her range of products (formalized by marketing plans, short/long term budget estimates),
· Prepare the introduction of new products, drive the development and implementation of the product marketing campaigns,
· Plan the annual budgets that include sales and expenditures,
· Analyse monthly and yearly his/her product sales performance,
· Build strong relationships with the key opinion leaders,
· Insure coordination and communication with the other internal services, collect relevant data (competitive intelligence, market study, etc.) and promote new ideas,
· Demonstrate conviction and credibility with delegates,
· Support the Speciality Care sales network leading and building local networking (visits in double, organization and participation in local meetings, in national and international congress, producing new clinical / scientific studies).
 
Profil recherché
For this position you have a medical/pharmaceutical or an extensive scientific education combined with a marketing degree. At least 2-5 years experience in a marketing function and direct product management experience, launching new products in the Speciality Care market.

Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. Ability to work in collaboration and independently in a cross-functional and team oriented environment. Strong oral and written skills (both in groups and one-on-on interaction). Strong analytical skills and ability to design strategies, long term visions with a commercial skills.
French and English fluent
