Nous recrutons pour me compte de notre client un Lead Procurement.

Poste
-Manage the company integrated document control team
-Establish, implement, supervise and coordinate the Project Document
-The implementation of all necessary procedures to ensure that Document Management is carried out at optimum effectiveness
-Co-ordination of the integration of new and ongoing project documentation into client documentation systems Compliance with legal requirements for audit trails
- Supervision, training and direction of all personnel involved in Project document control
- Supervision and coordination of project document control activities related to document production and distribution as defined in the project procedures.
-Interfaces with Engineering Manager and all other groups within the Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Corporate, Project organisation, Client and Vendors.
-Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system.
-Responsible for personal safety and safe working practices for the document control centre.
-Ensure compliance with company Codes of Business Conduct.
 
Profil recherché
- You have a Master degree in Economics or Business Administration with Purchasing and/or Commercial experience in a multinational environment.
- You have at least 5 years professional experience in industrial company especially in Oil & Gas and Offshore projects.
- You are fluent in French and English.
- You have excellent technical and market knowledge of procurement in general and in indirect spend in particular.
- Have excellent negotiating skills (in products and services) as well as projects skills.
- You are self-driven, independent, energetic, and have a lot of drive.
- You have strong analytical skills, preferably finance background, Excel excellence; Microsoft Access is optional.
