| - To povide leadership to our company and develop a strong management team. - To ensure achievement of production, quality and process targets. - To build a robust, process centric organization that is completely aligned to the business objectives of our Group. - To develop business plans that will ensure the attainment of the goals defined and set within the overall business plan of the Group. - To establish and maintain an effective and responsive system of communications throughout the organization and with the other entities. |

| Profil recherché | |
| - An Engineering degree with at least 10 years experience in a similar position. - A demonstrated capacity to lead a manufacturing unit with the ability to manage other functions. - Familiar with ISO certification and preferably with TS. - Proficient in MS Office software and excellent English. - Leadership, strong management skills and excellent communication abilities. |
