Vivo Energy Tunisia operates an extensive Retail network of 160 service stations offering a wide range of Shell’s world-class fuels and lubricants throughout the country. The network serves more than 150,000 customers each day, making the company one of the country’s largest suppliers of fuels and lubricants.
Vivo Energy Tunisia manages the storage, distribution and marketing of Shell fuels, lubricants, greases as well as Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) under the Butagaz brand.

Poste :
To handle customer service requests within the scope of CSC services, which includes taking product orders for all products, handling complaints, etc, and could include taking ownership of service requests fulfilled by external service providers
Missions and Responsibilities
• Receive inbound service calls or receive visiting customer requests.
• Identify customer needs, provide service within agreed service levels or manage date / time commitments made to customers.
• Manage own performance to achieve CSC KPI’s targets.Define and implement marketing plans
Profil recherché :
• Master degree.
• Fluency and proficiency in relevant language(s): Arabe, French and English
• Previous experience in call center / customer service, comfortable with IT tools & applications
