  • Business Line Manager | Casablanca (Maroc)

    ?    implémenter des actions transverses pour adresser les problématiques communes à l’ensemble des sites ;?    intervenir ponctuellement sur les projets en difficulté ;?    piloter les indicateurs prédéfinis sous sa responsabilité ;?    contribuer à la construction du capacitaire global pour le client final ; ?    veiller à la bonne diffusion et mise en œuvre des best practices ;?    animer la ligne business à travers les instances internes de pilotage et des comités de suivi.?    contribuer à l’implémentation des nouvelles activités dans sa business line ;?    piloter la bonne conformité des activités avec les processus de production, de sécurité et de confidentialité des données d’intelcia. pilotage de la gestion des flux?    répartir les flux entre les différents sites sur la base du capacitaire de chaque site et de sa performance opérationnelle ;?    piloter la qos globale de son activité ; relations avec le client donneur d’ordre?    assurer le rôle d’interface opérationnelle avec le client (copil, coperf « global activité ») en consolidant les données et plans d’actions en transverse ;?    entretenir une relation étroite avec le(s) client(s) en ayant une bonne réactivité à ses sollicitations, et en faisant preuve d’engagement et de transparence ;?    Être force de proposition auprès du client pour l’amélioration de ses produits et de ses process.
