About the job

Air Arabia is looking for dynamic individual to join its management team in its Engineering Department. This role is responsible for maintenance planning in order to ensure continuous airworthiness of Air Arabia Maroc fleet.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintain a system of monitoring and control of Air Arabia A320 Approved Maintenance Program, ensuring scheduling and performance of line maintenance tasks at their respective due dates or within reasonable time
  • Maintain a system of job cards preparation & updation
  • Maintain necessary procedures to keep RAL Fleet management system updated, thus reflecting the true maintenance status of all aircrafts
  • Prepare materials preload lists for scheduled work packages
  • Maintain a system of work package preparation for line maintenance
  • Maintain a system of gathering of all routine and non-routine line maintenance requirements and issue a daily maintenance plan Mayfly
  • Arrangement of slots and manpower required for line maintenance by liaising with Operations and Line Maintenance Manager
  • Carry out other assignments as may be required by management

Profil recherché :

Qualifications, Skills and Related Work Experience:

  • Preferably a Mechanical Engineering Graduate or demonstrates suitable experience with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an airline engineering environment
  • Strong knowledge of all planning documents (MPD, MRB, AMP) and procedures
  • Familiar with A/C systems and components
  • Excellent command of both verbal and written English skills.
  • Team leader with strong supervisory skills
  • Good MS office applications skills
  • Pro-active and self-motivated
  • Ability to work under pressure and be able to work in rotating shifts, including nights
