  • - Make bookings for Walk-in passengers, issue tickets, and get necessary payment.
  • - Promote the company new products and services among the sales shops visitors.
  • - Develop good relationships with walk-in passengers to loyalise them to the company.
  • - Manage walk-in customers complain.
  • - Promote the company ancillaries services

Profil recherché :

Qualification & Experience:

  • High school diploma with a high grade.
  • Fluent in "Arabic", "French". Acceptable level in "English". Computer literate
  • Desirable experience in the air travel industry
  • Good geography knowledge to guide and advise passengers about itineraries/destinations.
