Poste :

Integrated in the HRIS team, the LMS Global Administrator and Community Manager (GACM) will administer and maintain the Learning Management System platform (Cornerstone on Demand in SaaS mode) ensuring consistency across countries in term of content as well as platform utilization
(administrators, end users) and driving continuous improvement to the user experience.

  • The GA will be responsible for adapting the L&D architecture and vision in the LMS platform (custom pages, learning paths, curriculum, quizzes, communities…), creating and maintaining content, defining and applying global processes in line with the people transformation initiatives of Group Operations and its international context.
  • The GA will be responsible for onboarding the LMS community on global policies and for providing relevant tool kits, training and support to achieve upskilling on the tool and harmonization of processes across all entities.
  • The GA will also be involved in smaller transversal learning programs.
  • The GA will be the central coordinator and manager of all LMS related operations and their communication, application and reporting.
  • The GA will interface with local – global L&Ds, L&D operations, HRBPs, external providers, internal Global L&D team and outsourced resources. Interaction with the group for the management of clearquests, the management of admin rights

 
The business language is English (90% of all interactions are in English).

 
Main tasks (non exhaustive) :

o Administration of the LMS platform
o Manage LMS system configurations (Organisation Units, rights and permissions, availabilities)
o Manage all type of LMS content (e-leanings, in-class training, sites, platforms) and maintenance of
corresponding learning paths and curricula (integration, testing, validation, versioning)
o Manage multi-lingual content and multi-cultural specificities (16 entities, 7 languages), translation and
localisation of specific content (internally with local LMS teams and externally with providers)
o Ensure content accuracy and consistency across the system and the countries
o Define LMS policies and procedures, put in place recommendations on process improvements and
automation of processes across the system and the entities
o Initiate and run relevant analytics and reporting (global, business, HR, manager dashboards)
o Follow LMS improvement features and drive continuous process improvement of the user experience

o Provide level 2 support, management of level 3 support in coordination with the AXA group  


Community management
o Animate of the LMS community (monthly get together)
o Design and animate training sessions
o Define and onboard the LMS community on best practices
o Construire une communauté autour des users admin LMS (outils à définir)
 
Communication
o Communicate on curriculum updates and newly created content (admin and end users – mailings and LMS
welcome page news)
o Produce communication kit on LMS policies and procedures, admin and end user guides, FAQ

 

Profil recherché :

Niveau d’étude Bac +4 HR/FINANCE/PROJECT


Technical and professional skills:
• Strong LMS administration competences (knowledge of Cornerstone on Demand is highly recommended)
• Knowledge in content management, SCORM and AICC content standards
• Good knowledge of Learning and Development competencies: interest in training activity, HR environment
• Change management skills
• Project management skills
• Knowledge on HTML and Java Script a plus
• Very comfortable with the reporting (Macro, BI…)

Behavioral skills:
• Strong interpersonal skills– ease in interacting with staff at all levels, capacity to create his network with the L&D teams
• Good listening skills
• Problem solving oriented mindset
