HR Officer - Tunis

Multinational is looking for an HR Officer.

Poste :

Reporting to the Country Manager, you are responsible to support in coordinating and processing employee requests related to Human resources. You support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Your main duties are :

  • Maintain and update employee data with compensation requirements.
  • Assist in Personnel Administration statistics, reports and surveys.
  • Handle and respond to all related staff’s enquiries.
  • Assist in formulating templates and forms
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends for management.
  • Provide customer service to organization employee.
  • Prepare Arabic and English letters, forms and documentation
  • Provide support and assistance to new employee by welcoming and guidance regard HR services.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality of all HR activities.
  • Perform any other duties or projects assigned by the superior.

Profil recherché :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, HR or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources or any related work.
