The core responsibility of an HR Generalist Senior Advisor is to provide front line support of HR programs, processes, and policies to team members across the organization by providing quality real-time solutions to team member and leader enquiries and requests. The HR Generalist Senior Advisor is required to work closely with and partner with the Regional HR Teams and other centers of excellence to properly understand the various programs, policies and procedures and to drive continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience and minimize labor risk in the countries that they support. Daily tasks and responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide front-line support for all cases that fall within the scope of Team Member Services (cases may be raised through self-service, telephone, email, walk-up or chat as is available for the location supported) and provide required support to leaders at all levels within the organization
  • Manage cases from initial contact through to end of life cycle for employee relations, grievance, disciplinary, performance management and appeal matters by performing root cause analyses and making recommendations to address
  • Collaborate with Regional HR and other centers of excellence to ensure that all customers have a ‘One HR’ experience in resolution of their cases
  • Perform regular audits to identify potential new solutions and make recommendations to the Knowledge Management Team for inclusion in the solutions library
  • Conduct internal audits/investigations of employee relations matters to identify possible violations and make recommendations of appropriate actions to resolve

Profil recherché :

  • Degree educated (preferably HR) or relevant experience in the HR field (8 years minimum)
  • Fluent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and French is mandatory
  • Solid knowledge of the Moroccan labor code as well as employee relations practices and solid knowledge of general HR policies/procedures and practices
  • Solid interpersonal and conflict resolution skills and solid understanding of the key areas of the Moroccan legislation
  • Solid negotiation and facilitation skills and the ability to provide meaningful recommendations to senior leadership in a variety of areas

Desirable Requirements

  • Fluency in an additional language is recommended
