Poste :

New project procurement and follow-up : 

  • Analyze  the bill of material and order the new parts  in coordination with RM mass production planner;
  • Make a close follow up with the supplier of all the components under development;
  • Define in coordination with the CSC "Customer service center" the method of requirement calculation regarding the new parts;
  • Report to CSC and the team project all the constraints related to supplying the critical components and follow the action plans given;
  • Alert  about procurement risks in advanced to projects team;
  • Follow the projects stages by procuring in a timely manner the required quantity and  support the project development and ensure the ramp-up until SOP "Sells & operations planning".

Engeneering change Follow-up :

  • Provide all the raw materials required information for every Engineering Change Requests;
  • Follow up the  implementation of technical changes in the way of ensuring  the new component in planned date and avoiding  any dead stock regarding the old parts;
  • Inform the team project about the implementation date of the change;
  • Ensure the right implementation of  the change in the SAP by not impacting the stock integrity;
  • Perform a cycle count after the technical change implementation of the deleted part.

Increase/Fluctuation/ Decrease in customer requirement analysis :

  • Analyze the decrease and the increase in customer orders and communicate the analyze to stocks planners to estimate the  premium cost;
  • Ensue that the communicated cost are the real impact of the customer variance;
  • Communicate to CSC the cost generated by the customer variance;
  • Ensure weekly  follow up with CSC in order  to assume the cost;
  • Communicate to CSC all the evidence (transport and custom clearance invoices)  related to premium freight;
  • Create and fulfil debit note;
  • Follow up closely in order to ensure payment;
  • Weekly follow up of MPS "Master planning schedule" variation.

Balance out/ Win/ MY/ Train analysis : 

  • Follow the parts in phase out projects / Win / Train/ MY, and communicate a weekly reporting with potential dead stock according to stock take to CSC;
  • Provide to mass production planner the stock to ensure that the change is implemented without dead stock generation;
  • Follow up closely in order to ensure payment.

Profil recherché :

Training :

  • Bac+5 in Logistics, Supply chain, industrial engineering or similar.

Experience :

  • Minimum 2 years experience within automotive/Aeronautic production sector
