Reporting to Accounting Manager, this position covers the full sets of accounts and accounting reporting function.
Position Requirements:
Ensure compliance with Flowserve policies, US GAAP, SOX and local statutory laws and regulations and that business is conducted within Flowserve ethical Code of Business Conduct
Quality and timeliness of accounting and reporting
Ensuring all financial data are accurate, complete and submitted in accordance with Flowserve’s timetable;
Ensure local statutory returns, secretarial matters and other fiduciary matters are dealt with
Provide information and analytics to business management and strong recommendation for local decision;
Provide analysis and input for business planning and forecasting
Preparation of budgets and monthly forecasts;
Review all inter-companies reconciliation and make sure that all inter-companies invoices have been appropriately recorded and confirmed with the respective inter-companies;
Work with the external auditors to make sure that all data and requirements are made available for audit;
Prepare supporting tax schedules as required by the tax regulation.
Degree in Economics;
At least 5 years relevant working experience in manufacturing environment;
Previous experience working with financial reporting requirements of a global organization.
Good knowledge of Revenue Recognition Policy;
Understanding in Financial Statement (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss and General Ledgers);
Proficient in Microsoft office especially Excel;
Fluent in English, written and oral.
Ability to work independently and as a team player with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritizes workload
