Poste :

Reporting to the CISO the Account-ISO will be responsible for supporting the regions and sites in achieving global customer account IS requirements through the design, implementation and maintenance of processes and workflow. The successful candidate will also work closely with IT Technical Account Management (TAM team) when customer requests require an information security assessment.

The role will involve analysing contracts, extracting IS requirements, working with regional IS teams and reporting. As part of this work, the successful candidate will work on multiple contracts, spanning a number of countries, sites and departments. They will also be expected to promote continuous improvement in our information security posture and achievement of contractual IS requirements.

Essential Qualifications, Training and Experience:

  • Information Security certified (for example CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Auditor or Implementer)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 3 years’ experience in one or more of the following disciplines: information security, audit, compliance, contract management, project management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & one or more of the following is desirable German/French/Spanish/Arabic/Chinese
  • Excellent relationship management and influencing skills
  • Ability to analyse, present and report data to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to respond and challenge at senior/executive level
  • Ability to adapt and respond to change
  • This is a global role and will require up to 30% travel, depending on business demands

Desirable Qualifications, Training and Experience:

  • CRM/BPO, outsourcing, and vendor IS/risk management would be a distinct advantage
  • Audit and assessment management from planning to findings tracking
