NOMAC is looking to reinforce its Administration team by recruiting an Administration Officer.

Position Title:     Administration Officer

Job purpose:

To provide  support to the administration team.

 

Reporting to: HR & Administration Manager

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Distribute and store correspondence (Letters, and packages)
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Schedule special events
  • Maintain a Managers calendar and schedule appointments
  • Book meeting rooms as required
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • etc, ...

Salary and kind of contract :

  • Monthly net salary : min 8.000 net per month 
  • Kind of contract : Outsourced for 12 months 

Profil recherché :

  • Qualifications, Experience & skills:

  • Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor degree holder in Office Administration.
  • Minimum Experience: 1-3 years’ experience as an Administrative Officer, or similar role

  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Attention to detail & organization
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
