Aerospace Program Manager (Casablanca)

TDM Aerospace is a company producing tubes and ducts for aerospace industry. TDM was established in 2018 in the Kingdom of Morocco and has commenced business operations in the Casablanca Free Zone at Mohammed V Airport.

TDM Aerospace is participating in the Boeing Ecosystem formed under the 2016 MOU between Boeing and Morocco and has signed a long- term agreement to produce Tubes and Ducts for the Boeing 787 Dreamliner in Casablanca.

TDM Aerospace is growing rapidly and seeking dynamic, determined and ambitious professional to strengthen the team as an Aerospace Program Manager with details as follow:

  • Focuses on customers’ satisfaction
  • Mainly this position is an operational position overseeing the successful delivery of program’s output.
  • Supervision received from: the CEO

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish short and long-term program objectives with top management
  • Develop program plans and schedules to ensure proper coordination between all program elements.
  • Conduct effective communications with the customer to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Create and implement guidelines for evaluating the program's strengths and areas where improvement is required
  • Coordinate and manage all activities and is responsible for meeting all contractual obligations
  • Coordinate with functional management to ensure the assignment of adequate program resources.
  • Coordinate and manage all program activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
  • Plan, coordinate and manage the preparation of presentation materials for internal and customer meetings and reviews. Manage the conduct of such meetings and reviews.
  • Prepare regular status reports, for management and the customer, which provide visibility for program issues and risks.

Profil recherché :

  • A university degree in a specialized technical field and in Management discipline.
  • Language Skills: Fluent Arabic, French and English (Oral/Written).
  • 5-10 years’ experience in fast-paced, high-stress manufacturing environment is a must, (Technically competent)
  • Excellent written and public speaking skills (Comfortable in front of large audiences)
  • Highly proficient with MS Office software tools—PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project
  • Energetic, Detail-oriented, Task-oriented, Self-motivated
