• Le Consulting et Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage (MOA, AMOA) dédié Banques, Finance, Assurances.
• L’ingénierie applicative (La maîtrise d'œuvre de projets informatiques (MOE), Ingénierie de développement, TMA, TRA, …)
• La production et les infrastructures  (Ingénierie, Assistance Technique infogérance, architecture systèmes et réseaux, sécurité, cyber sécurité , Digital…)
• L’Informatique Décisionnelle et  BIG DATA (Architecture(Avant-vente/POC/ Pilotage Projet) , Développement, Expertise (Hadoop,NoSQL, …))

Poste :

As a Network Traffic Data Analyst , the candidate will contribute in the rates management of our
carriers for more profitability analyzing the Price lists & Invoices and Using our routing &
profitability tools with the main target of bringing more automation on the rates management
processes
3.3 Service Deliverables
our main missions will consist of;
1.Support the team mission in financial management area focusing on end-to-end support of Cost
Savings Projects, managing of Third-Party Vendors cost and supporting of external cost/budget
activities.
2.Make sure Carrier cost details are updated and loaded on the IM web site on a regular basis
4.Identify rates for cost models updates, load them into the Inbound Rate Repository, Outbound
Rate Repository
5.Detailed invoice validation & reconciliation of various carrier invoices, verify rate accuracy
6.Raise billing disputes to Carriers. Make sure the billing disputes are resolved and partners are
billing us in line with the commercial agreements.
7.Support and contribute to the automation and digitalization of the above processes.
8.Manage the cost for Licenses and Numbering Resources; seek for optimizations of numbering
stock management and licenses costs.
9.Improve today’s Rate Management Process focusing on “high spend” product lines, services and
carriers.
10.Key contributor to various team’s KPIs (C/R, QoS SLAs, others). Manage all day-to-day activities
with the aim to meet overall targets set by management or external teams.
11.SPOC for external stakeholders related to cost allocation, booking instructions and various tools
(Depot, C2R, P&L)
12.Ensure the Data Analysis (explained Above) with a Mindset of Automation to improve the
processes and bring more automation around this financial validation . 

Profil recherché :

Qualifications / Experience Required:
• Education
Must - University degree in a Business, Finance and/or Economics field.
• Professional Experience
Must - Minimum of 1 year in a IT/Telecom environment on “finance related” position
Nice to have - Exposure to multinational environment
•Technical, Systems
Must - Excellent use of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Nice to have - Excel macros, basic scripting/data manipulation, Business Intelligence skills
• Soft skills
Must - Ability to engage, interpersonal skills
Must - Ability to work under pressure and speed, meet deadlines
Must - Open minded and willing to learn, confident and contribute
