Poste :

We are Hiring a Bid Manager, for Africa Presales factory.

Role description:

As a bid manager within Atos you operate as the driving force in bid projects.

You have a key role in the pre-sales process and are part of the core team, together with the deal maker and the solution manager.

You lead and energize the bid team that translates the customer demand into an offer.

You ensure the production of the validated Atos proposal with the best level of quality and within the customer time limits.

Responsible for managing your own time while running multiple bids.

Create and execute the bid plan, manage the bid budget and involve resources.

Identify the needs of the customers and ensure the proposal will provide the best value for the price.

Organize win-strategy workshops and pricing sessions.

Review the proposals and contribute content.

Coordinate the solution and proposal approval and validation process.

Contribute to customer presentations.

Keep updated the bid documentation.

Work effectively with other departments such as Legal, Procurement, Marketing, etc.

What do you bring to our team?

Master or Bachelor degree.

Experience in a management position.

Minimum experience of 8 years in working as a Bid Manager/Writer.

Experience with IT products and services.

Knowledge of risk management/analysis and approval processes.

Experience in contract development is a plus.

Fluency in French and English.
