Under the supervision and with the support of the Country Talent Acquisition Manager, your main attributes will be :
Sourcing, identifiying, assessing and introducing multiple IT tech profiles to the Hiring Managers based in canada
Participating to indoor and outdoor sourcing actions
Participating to intake and callibration sessions with the Hiring Managers
Reporting data , generating metrics and participating to continuous inprovement work streams and meetings with the rest of the team
Keeping a tight follow up of candidates data base and history
Managing effectively and proactively your recruiting agenda
Using actively all the tools at your disposition to source continuously the requested profiles, especialy Social media plateforms like Linkedin
Masterring the necessary research and approach techniques to detect and interact directly (phone, mail) with suitable candidates
Profil recherché :
A proven Experience of It recruiter in a multinational or Hiring agency environment
A degree idealy in the tech field (Codig, network, it support..etc)
Good English fluency (oral and writen)
Organzational and prioritizing capability
Good knowledge of the IT tech recruiting market trends
Flexible, volunteer and contributive by nature
A dynamical initiative taker
