Job Description:
 
We are seeking a highly organized and versatile individual to join our team as a Brancn Administrative Assistant with the following Responsibilities:
 
 
Office Administration:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized office systems.
 
Accounting Assistance:
Support financial activities by assisting with basic accounting tasks, invoicing, and liaising with the finance team at the Headquarters.
 
Stakeholder Relations:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and external advisors to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
 
HR Support:
Assist in HR-related functions, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating with the HR department at the headquarters.
 
Executive Assistance:
Provide administrative support to the local management team.
 
International Coordination:
Facilitate communication and coordination between the subsidiary and the headquarters and other subsidiaries to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Profil recherché :

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and basic accounting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • English (minimum B2)
  • University education in a relevant administrative field is required.
  • Preference for candidates residing in the Casablanca area, or open to relocation.
