Poste :

The HRIS Business Analyst makes the link between the needs of the humand resources department in terms of information system and the IT department that manages the project management and allows the automation of certain HR management tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

Business needs analysis

  • Formalizing the needs of the human resources department ;
  • Prioritizing projects according to the needs and the guideline given by the management ;
  • Framing projects, conducting an analysis of the expected ROI ;
  • Writing the specifications.

Management of internal deployment

  • Monitoring the implementation of the selected project: communication of the project to the relevant HR teams, animation of framework meetings and committees ... ;
  • Implementing functional test plans ;
  • Administering and configuring systems ;
  • Formalizing procedures

Implementation of changes and evolutions

  • Formalizing, centralizing requests for changes or corrections from different users within the human resources department (project management);
  • Reporting any malfunctions to the IT department;
  • Suggesting optimizations.

User assistance

  • Training HRIS users, especially payroll managers ;
  • Providing assistance to all HR contacts ;
  • Writing and preparing training materials. 

Profil recherché :

Qualifications & Skills

Educational requirements :

  • (Master) in two major fields: Master in human resources or Master in computer science (Master MIAGE [computer methods applied to business management]) ;
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the same position.

Other skills:

  • Excellent level of French / English ;
  • Perfect mastery of payroll software, their configuration ;
  • Mastery of payroll rules ;
  • Excellent computer skills ;

Project management skills ;

  • Organization to manage cross-functional projects;
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team ;
  • Negotiation and diplomacy.
