We are seeking our future Change Management Officer to join our team. The Change Management Officer will be responsible of our Tech Lab's change management strategies.
Contribute to the development and implementation of a Tech Lab change management strategy by choosing the right communication channel
Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the Tech Lab products and keep up-to-date with relevant developments and deployments
Work with key internal collaborators to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the Tech Lab department strategy
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives, using metrics and feedback to continuously improve processes and outcomes
Adhere to the company’s style guide and chart ensuring that we produce innovative and high quality content?
Maintain a repository of change management tools, templates and best practices
Animate our internal network and be proactive in the implementation of communication actions intended for the Tech Lab employees (after work, sponsorship, etc.) and ensure the production of associated media and the sustainability of their achievement.
Profil recherché :
QUALIFICATION-EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
A Bachelor in digital marketing or communication (Bac+4/5)
You have at least 3 years of experience in change management or communication of IT projects.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Have a passion for digital and mobile technology, and be on top of all the leading edge industry trends, developments and best practices.
TECHNICAL SKILLS :
Good knowledge of Windows / Office365 environments.
Good knowledge of computer graphics, UX and multimedia
Master the web environment and content management and publication tools (Drupal, Ksup, SharePoint)
Master of design tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator…), social networks (content and form).
Familiar with designing emails and newsletters in HTML
Familiar with the rules of writing for the web, those relating to the GDPR, copyright and image rights.
Ability to work under pressure as part of a project team with experience of delivering communications and engagement strategies for large project work.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently deliver high quality results on-time and on-budget.
