Poste :

As part of our establishment in Morocco, AnyTech365 is recruiting for its new office at CasaNearShore a Purchasing and general services officer who will be responsible for  Maintainin office efficiency by planning and implementing adequate processes: 


  • Source and evaluate local, national supplier(s)
  • Negotiate terms, conditions and contracts
  • Build and manage supplier relationships
  • Perform cost savings and profit margin analysis


  • Review and Place Purchase Orders
  • Schedule Purchases and Arrivals
  • Maintain Inventory

Administrative services

  • Advise and Support on Administrative procedures, such as documents submission to administrations, banks, ministries… depending on the needs of the business.

Travel Services

  • Manages travel and transportation programs for in-country and international official travel.
  • Provide general support to visitors.


  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary: Hygiene, safety and security policy, record management, time management…etc.
  • Management and supervising of cleaning and security services of the building

Profil recherché :

A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a similar position, a degree in a relevant field (purchasing and/or logistics etc.) 
Required qualities :
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures
  • Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines
