Attached to the Human Resources Department and in close collaboration with the human resources manager, your main missions are as follows:
Contribute to the development of human capital;
Select the best profiles;
Perform telephone interviews;
Evaluate candidates with specific tests;
Qualify and update the candidate database;
Contribute to the planning and implementation of the training plan;
Ensure the proper deployment of the Group's processes and initiatives;
Contribute to the management of HR projects.
Establish and monitor recruitment reports and dashboards.
Integration and administrative monitoring
Profil recherché :
Trained in Bac + 2/4 in human resources, you have at least 2 years of experience in HR recruitment and development within a MANDATORY call center
You perfectly master French and English (oral and written). Notions in German are welcome.
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a commercial spirit. You also have a good sense of organization and planning with good management of priorities and contingencies.
You are responsive and efficient with a good presentation.
