Within the framework of our establishment in Morocco, AnyTech365 is recruiting for its new office at CasaNearShore salespeople in Call Reception who will be responsible for ensuring the activation of the partner software and subsequently presenting our services to the customer and retaining their loyalty.
As part of our establishment in Morocco, AnyTech365 is recruiting for its new office at CasaNearShore Technical Support Technicians who will be responsible for:
o Receiving calls, assisting remotely and responding to electronic requests.
o Understand and use best practices to provide first level support and the best possible customer service as soon as possible.
o Perform remote cleaning as indicated.
o Resolve problems from the first call, as far as possible, using the knowledge retained during the training and searching through the available documentation.
o Record problems in the database.
o Possess the ability to dynamically understand and retain changing information in relation to the support department and the organization. A positive attitude and positive behavior are expected. Demonstrate a high level of responsibility for all operational tasks and respect the expected standards
Profil recherché :
• A Bac or higher education in Computer Science or IT
• At least one year of experience in a similar position
• Perfect command of Spanish and flawless speech quality.
• A sense of listening and service.
