MISSION

The primary mission of the Personal Assistant will be to provide personal support and assistance to executive staff by organizing their activity and accomplishing all that is needed to facilitate its day-to-day missions, such as agenda and mailbox management, organization of meetings and workshops, offsites, support in travel arrangements when necessary.

Perform frequently a range of administrative tasks, such as support in expense reporting, time-tracking and IT incident management.

Work internationally to organize complex and global meetings, events and engagement activities when needed

Contribute to the preparation of the transformation and creation of a team of Personal Assistants in the new AXA GO context, through coordination and collaboration activities.

What do we expect from you?

  • Previous experience in a complex international environment
  • Previous experience in coordination of a small team
  • Proficiency in MS Pack Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong ability to be concise and clear in note writing
  • Strong organizational, decision-making and planning skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Fluent in English and French (written and oral)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, effective verbal, listening and written communication skills to facilitate seamlessly the relationship with senior management
