Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job purpose: Define Recruitment objectives and HC/Staffing Planning. Make sure the Organization charts and Job Descriptions are in line with such objectives. Develop the recruitment strategy and policy. Define the targeted talent pools and the sourcing methods & carrie out the recruitment activities. Maintain the succession planning, monitor the onbording process and measure the recruitment results & metrics.
Your Key Challenges are to:
Sets up and implement the Recruitment policies and procedures. Ensure their prpoer undrestanding by all stakeholders.
Ensure the attractiveness of the the company brand in the labour market through the participation to HR events, and the maintenance of the digital presence of the company in line with Coficab Standards.
Maintain a sound relationship with universities & maintain an updated talent pool database.
Development and implementation of internship programs.
Prepare the labour documents for the new hires, communicate the internal rules and the code of conduct, administer the new hires on the HRIS, follow up on the integration of the new hire and conduct regular feedback sessions during the probation period.
Prepare, communicate and review the recruitment reportings KPI's and define accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems to meet internal equity, external competitveness, and the pre-set Budgets and plans.
Complie with Corporate values, code of conducts and non disclosure agreement
Educational Requirements: Master's degree in Human Ressources, Management, Psychology or equivalent field
Required Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Human Ressources
Technical Skills: Problem Solving Skills, High Level Of Confidentiality, HR policies&Procedures Manual, Labour Regulation, Psycometrics analysis skills, Recruitment Interview methods & techniques
Language and Software Skills:
MS Office Softwares ( Excel, Words, PPT, ..), HRIS Manipulation
English is Mandatory
