Poste :

1. Assist the project manager to complete the planning and control management work throughout the project cycle and establish a project cost planning and control system.
2. Preparation of project investment estimation and preliminary cost estimation based on design.
3. Organize the preparation of the bill of quantities, bidding control price, and project bid clearance.
4. Responsible for the review of project settlement, assisting in the completion of project completion and final settlement.
5. Preparation and implementation of project annual and monthly payment plans.
6. Review of project change request and payment of project progress payment.
7. Preparation of project cost control summary report.
8. Other tasks assigned by the leader. 

Profil recherché :

1. Working Language: English.
2. Master degree or above in engineering cost, engineering management.
3. Have 5 years and above related work experience, if hold QS?Quantity Surveyor) certificate is a plus.
4. Work experience in cost management of the whole process of industrial plant projects;
5. Ability to compare,analyze, forecast, correct and check costs.
6. Able to skillfully use Excel, PPT, QS system and other working tools.
7. Able to analyze and solve problems, cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, and adaptability. 

This position is initially offered as a 6 month fixed term contract (CDD) with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent contract (CDI) based on performance evaluation.
