Poste :

As part of our establishment in Morocco, AnyTech365 is recruiting for its new office at CasaNearShore sales representatives in Call Reception who will be responsible for ensuring the activation of the partner software and subsequently presenting our services to the customer and retaining their loyalty.

In this context, you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming customer calls and presenting the company.
• Listen and diagnose their needs and connected devices in order to provide them with the appropriate solution.
• Apply the defined processes and master the use of tools.
• Present and explain our products to build customer loyalty.
• Make sure to reach the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by your manager 

Profil recherché :

• A Bac or more training in sales, business or commerce.
• At least one to three years of experience in a sales position.
• Perfect mastery of the Dutch language and flawless speech quality.
• A sense of listening and service.
• A good knowledge of IT
• Hardworking, involved, punctual and proactive.
