Reporting to the IT Direction in Montreal, you will oversee:


  • Ensure compliance with the services offered within the institution's IT Services Catalog, respect the SLAs and propose new services and/or changes to the global Service Catalog
  • Ensure IT policies and governance from headquarters are followed.
  • Manage the local IT talent and training.
  • Ensure compliance with the budget established in coordination with the General Director of the Campus and IT Management.
  • Manage the procurement of IT resources (POs, suppliers, etc…)
  • Create a dashboard that summarizes the department KPIs, projects, achievements and challenges.
  • Assist the team with support tickets when needed.

Profil recherché :

  • University graduate of the Information Technology degree or related ;
  • Knowledge of the ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 framework (preferably certified) ;
  • Minimum experience of 3 years in operations management in ERP, CRM, BI information systems ;
  • Minimum experience of 3 years with Cloud platforms and environments (Microsoft Office 365, Azure) ;
  • Minimum experience of 3 years in coordination of work teams for IT technical service ;
  • Knowledge of collaborative tools and audiovisual platforms (Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Sharepoint, web streaming) ;
  • Desirable knowledge in server and communication infrastructure (wireless networks, local area networks and external links; as well as virtualized servers, information storage systems and backups) ;
  • Desirable experience in the education sector ;
  • Language: Intermediate English and French.
