Accountabilities:

  • Maximize equipment availability and reliability through using planned maintenance technique effectively
  • Quickly return equipment to design capability through using planned maintenance strategies
  • Report and analyse equipment logs for planning activities
  • Maximize operational profit margin through systems, tools and processes designed to efficiently manage terminal fleet and assets
  • Maintain all maintenance records in good order. Maintains MSDS records for entire terminal
  • Work with administration to reconcile purchase orders, packing lists and invoices
  • Responsible for resolving mechanical and electrical problems as assigned by the Engineering Manager
  • Provide technical knowledge and support to shifts and workers
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment complying with procedures and regulations
  • May be required to perform other duties as requested
  • Work as directed for TAM Management team

Safety

  • Alert to risks and unsafe acts that could result in an accident
  • Actively participate in emergency evacuation drills
  • Actively participate in First aid response Participates in Office safety walks/housekeeping audits

Functionnal Excellence

  • Contributes to the goals of the TAM organization

Profil recherché :

Who we are looking for?

Qualification

  • College degree in Engineering discipline required / Master degree is preferred in Electromechanical and automation engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy industry is preferred
  • Experience in maintenance planning and project controls will be highly appreciated
  • Interpersonal skills

Knowledge

  • Professionalism in an office environment
  • Strong planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate success utilizing continuous improvement tools
  • Use of Technical Records, Planning & Maintenance related software applications
  • Fluent in French, Arabic and English

Ability

  • Leadership skills – including ability to work well as part of a team and within a matrixed organization, strong verbal and written communication skills and good listening and comprehension skills
  • Work office hours Monday through Friday - some week end work only when required
