Bakery factory:

The factory started operating in 2008, and due to the excellence of our products of all kinds of breads and fresh baked goods, as well as the quality of our products, jouna has become the pioneer in its field

Saleem supermarkets:

Which began to operate in the year 2000, which was one of the most important markets and in terms of area and in terms of variety of food products and availability of a large amount of local and international products.

Cold storage for frozen Food:

We have had a frozen food storage platform since 2000 and have acquired numerous storage contracts for large freezer companies such as Al Watania Poultry, Fakih Poultry and other frozen food retailers, as well as in the storage of dates, where our distinguished location and proximity to the Buraidah International Dates Festival

Poste :

  • Develop new recipes as needed
  • Study each recipe and collect all the necessary ingredients
  • Adapt recipes for mass production
  • Manage the food cost of products
  • Establish quality standards for new recipes
  • Manage a team to wait for the expected results
  • Train teams to maintain high standard quality
  • control of the compliance regarding recipes and product standards during the production and the sales

Profil recherché :

  • Confirmed work experience as a chef with more than 10 years of experience,
  • In-depth knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques
  • Desired experience of working in brands with multiple stores or points of sale
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
  • Excellent time and team management skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety
  • Diploma in restoration
