Entreprise :

For one of our projects we're hiring a Financial Project Manager  (H/F).

Poste :

  • Budget Support: consolidation and preparation of Updates, Versions, Datas, Reports, File contents in the form of excel sheets.
  • Support for maintaining the budget actuals and forecasts
  •  Business Cases: coordination to gather elements and help generate individual Business Cases for all Entities, tracking of the actual financial achievements, and report to program
  • Program Deliverables: participation to deliver elements required as part of the program governance (business cases, data privacy assessments, program and project presentation…)
  • Providers Selection: organization of the provider(s) selection process (meetings, minutes, complete selection criteria, data comparison and consolidation…)
  •  Program Governance: coordination of the program governance, preparation of the required elements to cover the key dimensions (Budget, Progress, Risks & Issues, Attention Points, Arbitration & Decisions, Actions Tracking…), presentation of elements in the committees for various governance teams
  • Communications: preparation of communications to various types of stakeholders and different context

Profil recherché :

 Key Skills Required (technical, managerial, project, soft…)

• Must Have Skills

  • Financial acumen (actual, forecast, charge back model, P&L, …)
  • Understanding of Project management methodology (governance, key elements, communication…)
  • Good sense of organization (attention to details, multitasking, organize topics, set the pace…)
  • Capability for cross collaboration with worldwide teams and providers
  • Capability to deal with uncertainties and find ways to solve problems
  • Efficient communication and Fluency in English & French

• Additional Skills

  • Open mindset
  • Knowledge of IT services / products
  • Well versed using MS Office suite

Educational Level, Certifications:

 

  • Bac+5 / Master Degree in the financial field 
  • Project Management
  • PMO training
  • Financial Courses

Work Experience

  • 5 years of proven track record in Project Management Officer role or similar supporting significant program(s), strategic project(s), or large portfolio(s)
  • Drive or assist context(s) involving multiple worldwide teams and various stakeholders
  • Experience handling purchase orders, service agreements, sourcing matters is a plus
  • Financial background or work experience is a plus
