Currently employing about 20 agents, SNS plans to deploy two points of presence in addition to the headquarters to reach a certain number of agents by the end of the year.

Poste :

Pour le développement de notre activité au Maroc, nous recrutons un/ une Formateur(trice) qui aura comme missions de : 

• Assurer et animer la formation initiale d’intégration et de produits des opérations de la campagne appropriée.
• Accompagner, suivre et assurer la qualité des performances des nouveaux agents.
• Monitoring du Feedback remonté par les agents par rapport aux produits.
• Assurer la qualité des appels avec Team Managers et élaboration des plans de formations sur la base des retours reçus.
• Assister ou le cas échéant élaborer des manuels de support technique requis.
• élaborer des manuels de formations pour les membres de l'équipe.

Profil recherché :

Le profil recherché: 

• Bac+ 2 ou plus
• Expérience souhaitée de 2 ans dans un poste similaire.
• Compétences linguistiques excellentes en langue française et anglaise, excellentes capacités de communication.
• Disponibilité, sens d’écoute.
• Capacité d’animation et de prise de parole en groupe.
