Notre client est une structure multinationale opérant dans le secteur industriel.

Poste :

  • Responsible for entire talent acquisition process and employee life cycle management including onboarding, employee engagement and exit formalities;
  • Handle the Payroll functions and statutory compliances for the company;
  • Responsible for training need identification, Organising and managing the training & development activities for North West Africa region;
  • Responsible for Administration functions of the company;
  • Responsible to maintain the Global Master Data in SAP for North West Africa as per the group standards;
  • Responsible for the Employee Performance Management and Talent Development activities for the region;
  • Directly support relocation and repatriation of foreign employees such as immigration matters, accommodation arrangement, home search, schooling and shipment of household goods;
  • Update and Maintain the HR documentation and employee personnel files;
  • Drive HR projects roll out and improvements such as work processes, benefits scheme and policies review.

Profil recherché :

  • Academic Qualifications : Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • Solid HR generalist experience (recruitment, performance management, C&B, learning & development, payroll, personal income tax, industrial relation etc.) for at least 5 - 8 years
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to interface effectively with people inside and outside of the company
  • Strong skills in conflict resolution and facilitation
