Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manages all recruitment activities. Makes all arrangements for interviews, interview schedule, job portals posting, screening and prepares information for all interviewing managers, including copies of application form, resumes, and interview record forms.
  • Develops and maintains an effective candidate’s database.
  • Coordinates full admin on-boarding process per SOP, assist off-boarding, IT and asset equipment follow-up.
  • Manages all expatriate’s relocation with concise follow up.
  • Ensures administrative paperwork, update of HC list, and coordinates with Payroll & HR Coordinator on UIDs, Time & Attendance, reports.
  • Coordinates with HRBP and C&B manager on job offers preparation.
  • Manages all people processes as per the yearly HR and leader calendar with the HRBP, Objectives settings, appraisals, engagement survey, talent review
  • Performs all other duties as required.

- Managers and staff at terminal in different departments
The contact is internal & is one of a shared interest.

  •  External:

Recruitment Agencies, Medical Laboratories.
 

Profil recherché :

Who we are looking for

  • Requires a bachelor degree preferably in human resources or general management.
  • Requires at least 2-3 years’ experience of recruiting/HR experience including experience working with head-hunters/search firms.
  • Good communication skills, ability to exercise discretion and good judgment
  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent negotiating and presentation skills required.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience building relationships with recruits, internal customers, and business partners.
  • High drive, self-motivating, detail oriented
  • Good knowledge of Computer and other office machines.
  • Administrative Skills: Compile statistics, File maintenance, Correspondence skills, Phone Etiquette, Interpersonal skills.
  • Being presentable and Professional to reflect the good image of the company.
