We lead the planning and implementation of high-value, quality human resources programs, practices and procedures for people at all levels. We’re also trusted to advise company leaders on team member policy and programs, recommending decisions in line with the company’s strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing Human Resources (HR) Services support across multiple HR functions to a particular site or geographic area. Responsibilities include:

  • Team member consultation on benefits administration/programs,
  • Maintaining team member files and records
  • Providing operational support on onboarding/off-boarding/transfers and assisting with other HR COE shared services work.
  • Assists with the administration of vendor programs and manages vendors’ service level performance.
  • Project manages site and cross-functional HR operations related initiatives.


Profil recherché :

  • Strong communication skills in both English and French
  • Typically requires 2+ years of related experience
  • Strong customer service skills (includes the ability to handle difficult customer issues in a professional manner, respond to customer needs in a timely manner and identify customer needs)
  • Strong ability to demonstrate initiative and good judgment in resolving issues affecting customer
  • Strong knowledge of a broad spectrum of HR policies and practices
