ENVIRONMENT AND CONTEXT

With approximately 2500 internal people engaged across 15 countries, our role as AXA Group Operations is to support and empower all AXA teams throughout the AXA Group. We are triggering the evolution of our insurance business model through technology and innovation, driving its concrete implementation globally at speed, with a high quality of advisory and execution.

In AXA Group Operations, the GO Transformation department secures the transformation project:

Our ambition is to:

• Put in place an efficient GOT.

In this context, the Digital Services department is accountable to provide high quality and efficient HR services via diverse channels (HR platform, service desk, HR professionals…), either delivered by the team or the operating companies. It also drives industrialization, simplification and implementation of the HR processes and tools and improve employee’s experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The position will report directly to the GOT IS manager in day-to-day operations.

GOT IS team is working with HR, communication and other transversal projects, digital systems, tools and processes both in local and global environment.

Senior GOT IS Analyst main activities:

  • Governance of the systems and tools in scope of GOT IS team (Servicenow, Oracle and others)
  • User administration of the tools
  • Business analysis on HR, Communications and Facilities team’s requests and solutions
  • Project management/business analysis in local and global projects (Reorganization, automation, globalization related projects)
  • Leading one or several of GOT IS BAU streams/activities (ie On-off boarding)
  • Coordination between multiple teams and stakeholders both in BAU and project mode
  • Documentation update and data management

Profil recherché :

QUALIFICATIONS

SKILLS

  • Min. experience of 1 year as IT consultant or business analyst.
  • Experience in the field of HRIS will be appreciated: Performance, WFA, recruitment, compensation
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and in parallel on multiple topics
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across the company
  • Project management skills
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Fast learner
