As part of our establishment in Morocco, AnyTech365 is recruiting for its new office at CasaNearShore Human Resources Operations Officer who will be responsible for:
-Admin and legal aspect
-Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations
-Confer with management to develop or implement personal policies or procedures
-Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal and sick leave of employees
-Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from timesheets and other records
-Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
-Identify KPIs for the HR department
-Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions
-In Charge of all employee´s documentation, including elaborations of payrolls. Contracts etc.
-Handling employee relations (grievance etc.)
-Dealing with day to day HR queries monitoring staff performance and attendance

Working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm
Net depending on profile and experience salary
We are looking for the right fit and we will hire immediately
-Bachelor Degree in HR, Master is preferable
-2-3 years of experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role
-Excellent in communication and people skills
-A flexible, pro-active “can-do attitude”
-Punctual, reliable and loyal to the company and fellow colleagues.
-Excellent knowledge of labor law.
-Very good command of English
-Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
-Advanced MS Office user with a focus on Excel use
-Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, onboarding, evaluation, training & development, etc.
