Poste :

As part of our establishment in Morocco, AnyTech365 is recruiting for its new office at CasaNearShore Human Resources Operations Assistant who will be responsible for:

-Assist with the admin and legal aspect

-Explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations

-Support with the management of employee time, production, and payroll data from timesheets and other records

-Support with the developement of  human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel

-Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems

Profil recherché :

-Bachelor Degree in HR, Master is preferable

-2+ years of experience as an HR admin or similar HR role

-Excellent in communication and people skills

-A flexible, pro-active “can-do attitude”

-Punctual, reliable and loyal to the company and fellow colleagues.

-Excellent knowledge of labor law.

-Very good command of English.

-Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills.

-Advanced MS Office user with a focus on Excel use.

-Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, onboarding, evaluation, training & development, etc.
