As part of Yazaki activities growth in Morocco , we are hiring currently several positions !

Poste :

• Lead productivity improvement workshop
• Ensure balancing between workstations.
• Lead plant capacity study preparation and adjustment.
• Lead time study activity.
• Propose and install improvements to increase output. 
• Study of workstation ergonomics and improve the workflow.
• Prepare the 1st draft of routing report and ensure the update.
• Manage the process concept definition in the factory & ensure the implementation of best practices In the new definitions.
• Prepare data base with times related to each process in collaboration with SAP team for KSK Production.
• Ensure the implementation of the correct method of quantifying ECR's.
• Perform the capacity study & decide about best line concept based on different input: volume, working days.
• Prepare work subdivision according to the needed operators & following YEL rules.
• Design of subassemblies based on product complexity.
• Pilot & conduct Run & Rate activities. 
• Follow and respect 5s rules.
•  Ensure the respect of the customer specifications (CSR)

Profil recherché :

Position requirements:

Education level: 

• University degree (Bac+ 5): Industrial engineering  
• Minimum Professional experience in a related area: 1 Year
• Language skills: French & English (Professional) 
• IT skills: Microsoft office, word
