Poste :

Plans, oversees and coordinates all Industrial Performance Department activities and operations, such as Department budgeting and planning, continious improvement project planning and monitoring, products industrialization project, industrial performance improvement, process parameters management and tooling management in cooperation with Regional industrial performance, Quality, Production, Logistics and Maintenance departments in order to meet plant objectives.

Main tasks are :

-  identifies potential performance gap, analyses main root causes, defines or validates improvement opportunities and designs accordingly action plans or projects according to the extent of improvements to be carried out.
-Reviews overall industrial performance results focused on production and quality performance (productivity, scrap rate and cost reduction..), contributes to the analyzes of industrial non-performance root causes in cooperation with quality and production departments and participates to the developement of improvement action plans (Problem solving).
-Conducts fesability study of improvement projects (Initiated by Industrial performance department or requested by others departments or regional industrial performance), performs detailed project planning, oversees projects and action plans implementation and monitors progress and results achievement rates.
- Leads industrialization projects of new products  including readiness assessement for serial production and coordination with all involved parties to prepare serial production launch. Reviews and validates updates of products technical specifications documents, work instructions, visual aids, PFMEA and other revelant technical documents and datasheets. Assures accordingly timely implementation actions

Quality standards and system regulations (ISO), Wire manufacturing processes and associated technologies, Process improvement techniques, Quality tools (Statistical Process Control, PFMEA, APQP, etc.), Continuous improvement techniques, Analytical and problem solving skills, Organizational skills, Budgeting & Cost estimating, Project Management, Risk Management.
