Poste :

• Network Monitoring

1. Manage daily communication teams to act proactively in the continuous
2. improvement of the network service and meet business needs, or proactively
3. detect failures that may arise.
4. Report daily and weekly the scorecards to your immediate boss

• Projects and Implementations

1. Develop communications projects globally.
2. Develop new technologies that helps to improve and benefits to achieve goals globally.
3. Participate, configure and provide support in the implementation of projects in the different departments

• Collaboration Administration

1. Manage and support of VoIP gateway.
2. Manage the company's collaboration services globally.
3. Manage Microsoft telephony services, as well as the configuration according to the needs of the corresponding area.

• License Agreement and Support Administration

1. Manage the corresponding licenses of infrastructure equipment.
2. Manage the licensing of infrastructure equipment in the Service Now system. (Expiration and adding new contracts).
3. Manage subscriptions for Services.

• LAN / WAN Administration

1. Plan and Implement Maintenance windows to install updates and patches for
2. network devices.
3. Monitor the equipment is operating optimally and, if necessary, manage replacement logistics.
4. Coordinate device backups

• Security / Optimization and Voice

1. Manage security updates on Network devices.
2. Plan and Implement security rules over Next Generation Firewalls (Palo Alto)
3. Support and Monitor for MS teams telephone solution.
4. Coordinate new Auto Attendants solutions in Microsoft teams
