Main responsibilities:
With a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Information Technology / Information Management combined with Business, you will be eager to build your career with one of the world's foremost Renewable companies.
2 up to 5 years of working experience in a similar position
A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
Exceptional in Project Management (certification e.g. Prince 2 is a plus but not mandatory)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge in IT Systems, Infrastructure and processes is important.
Excellent active listening skills
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Strong end user focus orientation
Demonstrates a consultative and flexible style with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Strong time planning and organizing skills and an ability to work under pressure

Language skills:
Arabic as native language.
Advanced English is absolutely needed to collaborate with the rest of the organization.
