Poste :

Responsible for:
- Installing and configuring Hardware and Applications
- Ensuring the IT infrastructure availability, security, and proper functioning.
- Ensuring the continuous evolution and improvement of the technologies used

Accountabilities:
Troubleshoot, document, diagnose and solve all problems incurred during company operations that are a direct result of a deficiency in the information related process employed, or misuse by the user of that process. Guide users in the correct use of their software and applications.
Inform superior as soon as possible if any general or specific task cannot be performed adequately or timely due to influences beyond your control. 
Monitor and manage company’s help desk requests by responding to user queries ensuring that problems are resolved quickly minimizing disruption. Communicate with hardware, software and IT vendors and service providers as necessary.
Contribute to the continuous improvement process and to the meeting of business objectives. This includes providing suggestions and input to changes and improvements in all policies and procedures (mentioned in this section or otherwise).
Guide users in the correct use of their software and applications. Oversee and assist with the installation of software/hardware components required. Support other IT Technicians with specific tasks.
Communicate with hardware, software and IT vendors and service providers.
Solve all issues related to IFS and escalate to global support. 
 

 



 

Profil recherché :

Qualification;

Networking: Proven Experience in Cisco Equipment Management, Network Protocols and standards.
Operating Systems: Strong knowledge of operating systems.
Autonomy: High capacity of working proactively and perpetually trying to identify and work on system enhancements. 
Analysis and conception: Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills. 
Costumer oriented: Ability to continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. 
Communication: Ability to communicate constructively with the user community and with system editor support services.
Project Management: Planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of IT projects.
