We are on the lookout for a highly talented and self-motivated Lead Development Representative (LDR) to join our Inside Sales team, part of the Europe and Africa Business Marketing team in our Centre based in Morocco.

We are searching for a person that is motivated, ambitious, sales driven and wants to make a real impact on the revenue growth of the Europe and Africa region. As an LDR you will be responsible for lead generation, lead nurture, and lead validation for the Europe and Africa Diversified Industries sales team. This specific role will be focused on:

  • Managing multichannel communication activities to generate, nurture and validate leads before
  • Handover to our Europe and Africa diversified industries sales team.
  • Plan and manage contact strategies to connect with our target audience.
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound calling / emails and inbound lead follow-ups
  • Drive outreach and meeting generation for all of the events which we participate in, in the region.
  • Collaborate with business marketing on GTM activities and follow-up.
  • Deliver agreed number of meetings from focus accounts and nurture those conversations towards
  • Opportunity creation.
  • Plan and manage contact strategies including drafting of communications on key HCLTech offerings.

Profil recherché :

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 2-4 years’ experience preferably in the IT services industry / Inside Sales agency experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Online relationship building skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic, motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to obtain sales-level understanding of our offerings
• Flexibility in scheduling, due to different time zones and locations
• A proactive, self-managed, analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Passion for mar-tech and digital technologies.
• Experience using Eloqua, Sales Navigator and Salesforce an advantage
