Job summary :

Learning and Development Manager main role is to manage training and knowledge related processes in order to deliver first in class experience to customers.

Main responsibilities 

Training Management : 

  • Analysis of current training needs and preparation of new training materials based on data analysis (with cooperation with the Client)
  • Training and Onboarding organization and logistics (NH and Upskill)
  • Driving readiness activities, both onboarding and continued development
  • Evaluation of trainings’ efficiency
  • Identifying and escalating emerging issues
  • Implementation and documentation of processes
  • Analysis and optimization of current processes
  • Cooperation with SDM and OMs in order to achieve and maintain desired level of performance
  • Strong collaboration with Quality Coordinator in order to achieve and maintain desired level of performance
  • Assessment: knowledge check for QAs/Coaches/TMs

Trainers Management : 

  • Trainers Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Evaluation of trainings’ efficiency
  • Training Observation and related feedback to the trainers

  • Independent working style and high commitment.
  • Great coaching and mentoring capabilities
  • Ability to clearly explain complex concepts
  • Very good time/workload management skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently
  • Ability to analyze of KPIs,
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel
  • Advanced English (B2+ level at least, C1 desired)
