Nous sommes structuré autour de Quatre Pôles :

  • Le Consulting et Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage (MOA, AMOA) dédié Banques, Finance, Assurances.
  • L’ingénierie applicative (La maîtrise d'œuvre de projets informatiques (MOE), Ingénierie de développement, TMA, TRA, …)
  • La production et les infrastructures  (Ingénierie, Assistance Technique infogérance, architecture systèmes et réseaux, sécurité, cyber sécurité , Digital…)
  • L’Informatique Décisionnelle et  BIG DATA (Architecture(Avant-vente/POC/ Pilotage Projet) , Développement, Expertise (Hadoop,NoSQL, …))

Poste :

Main Tasks:
As part of the IT Efficiency & Transversal Monitoring team you will support IT Services
departments needs in term of global monitoring in day to day life. You’ll provide a useful point
of contact between support functions (Finance, Procurement, HR, …) and IT Services
departments, capable of collecting, consolidating & explaining to all stakeholders key elements,
foster improvements and drive changes. Focus will be the IT Services departments of Products
Distributed.
•Budget Support, Costing Pricing: consolidation and preparation of Updates, Versions, Datas,
Reports, File contents in the form of excel sheets. Support for maintaining the budget actuals
and forecasts FTE, nFTE
•Efficiency & Business Case: coordination to gather elements and help generate of Efficiency
Plans and individual Business Cases for Business Entities, tracking of the actual financial
achievements, and report to program
•Project Portfolio Management: Reach and maintain high level of vision, consistency, awareness
and communication on the project pipeline, ongoing project and closure managements within
Group IT Services and the project managers teams
•IT Sourcing& Timetracking: Operational support based on practices & tools awareness and
appropriation in order to reach and maintain high levels of efficiency and data quality for the
sourcing management and the on/offboarding processes.
•Procure to Pay: Operational support P2P lifecycle based on practices & tools awareness to
support global standardization of processes and keep transparency on budget expenses.
•IP Governance: Follow and arbitrate all internal projects through committee to manage
budgets, demands and life cycle of internal projects.
•Contract and Program Governance: Coordination of contract & program governance aspects,
preparation of the required elements to cover key dimensions (Budget, Progress, Risks & Issues,
Attention Points, Arbitration & Decisions, Actions Tracking…), presentation of elements in the
committees for various governance teams.
•Communication : preparation of communications to various types of stakeholders and
different contexts
•Ordre To Cash & Purchase Request:
? Creation and follow-up of the SOWs (statement of work)
? Raise and follow-up the Purchase Request and Receipt invoices.
? Deliver monthly PO reporting.
•Volume consumption management :
? Maintain governance of financial activities
? Ensure financial follow-up with clients (volume, projects,...)
? Coordinate with Account Managers/Customers for validation before invoicing
? Control and analyze financial and volume data
? Editing and updating of reports
? Implementation of volume tracking tools (Excel, Power BI)
? Follow-up of joint savings initiatives
? Communicate to finance the amounts to be invoiced on projects and on organic growth
? In collaboration with finance, preparation of the Charge Card, SFL, 8.2.....
? Participation in the costing of certain studies 

Profil recherché :

• Must Have Skills
? Financial acumen (actual, forecast, charge back model, P&L, …)
? Understanding of Project management methodology (governance, key elements,
communication…)
? Good sense of organization (attention to details, multitasking, organize topics, set the
pace…)
? Capability for cross collaboration with worldwide teams and providers
? Capability to deal with uncertainties and find ways to solve problems
? Efficient communication and fluency in English (German welcome, but no must)
• Additional Skills
? Open mindset
? Interdisciplinary skills (Finance, IT-Technology, Strategy, IT-Service / Products)
? Mindset focussing continuous improvement and standardisation
? Well versed using MS Office suite (Peoplesoft and Anaplan will help)
C. Educational Level, Certifications:
? Bachelor or Master Degree
? Project Management, PMO training
? Financial Courses
D. Work Experience
? 5 to 10 years of proven track record in Project Management Officer role or similar
supporting significant program(s), strategic project(s), or large portfolio(s)
? Drive or assist context(s) involving multiple worldwide teams and various stakeholders
? Experience handling purchase orders, service agreements, sourcing matters is a plus
? Financial background or work experience is a plus
